This notice covers information submitted through Laryaa website forms, trial requests, sales conversations and product evaluations.

What we collect

We may collect contact details, organisation information, workflow descriptions and technical information needed to provide or improve the requested experience.

Website analytics and your choices

When enabled and with your permission, Google Analytics measures visits, referral sources, campaign links, device/browser information, approximate geography, page engagement and confirmed enquiries. Optional analytics do not load before you allow them. Analytics are not used on our private team dashboard or account, checkout and setup pages.

We do not send submitted names, email addresses, phone numbers, organisation names, messages or enquiry reference numbers to Analytics. Page addresses sent to Analytics omit query strings and fragments; only validated campaign labels are included separately. Analytics does not provide us with an anonymous visitor’s name or email address.

Advertising, remarketing and third-party visitor-identification services are not currently enabled. Google advertising signals and personalisation are disabled. We will update our notice and ask for separate marketing permission before enabling a reviewed advertising integration.

You can allow or reject analytics, or change your choice using Cookie settings in the website footer. Your choice is remembered on this browser for up to 180 days; browser privacy signals disable optional tracking. Essential storage supports secure form requests and remembers your theme and privacy choices. Google Analytics cookies, if allowed, are configured with a 180-day expiry. Data already collected may remain in Google Analytics according to the property’s retention setting.
