A good answer is not completed work
What changes when AI is asked to produce a reviewable result, not only a response.
Begin with the final state
An explanation can be useful without changing the situation that prompted it. A work product needs a defined final state: a prepared document, a reconciled set of records or an update ready for approval. Describe that state before selecting a model or an automation tool.
Make the inputs and permissions explicit
Consider an illustrative task: compare two approved records and prepare an update. The task needs named sources, a destination and a rule for conflicting values. Permission to read a record is not automatically permission to overwrite it. An unresolved conflict should remain visible rather than becoming a plausible guess.
Review the artefact and the exceptions
A useful handoff includes the output, its sources, proposed or applied changes, and incomplete items. A confident answer is not evidence that an external system changed correctly. Check the result against the intended task. Laryaa Works uses this task-and-review model; the available application paths must still be checked in the capability register.
